(FreedomWire.org) – Elon Musk offered to purchase Twitter, which is accused of widespread liberal bias and censorship against conservative users on the platform.

Musk’s offer of $44 billion to buy the platform hinged on Twitter’s SEC filings being accurate. The company has claimed that fewer than 5 percent of users on the platform are spam or bots, instead of real people. This claim is facing serious doubt and scrutiny.

It was discovered that almost half of President Joe Biden’s 22.2 million followers on Twitter are fake, according to a recent audit.

“Elon may have uncovered FRAUD at Twitter,” one person responded. It’s widely speculated that Twitter is rushing in a panic to try deleting bots as quickly as possible to make sure its data is accurate.

It appears that censoring and shadow-banning conservatives may not be the only scandal unfolding at the company behind closed doors.

If the company lied in its SEC filings by providing false information, this could have misled investors into believing the company is doing better than it really is. It’s possible that the company could face a lawsuit over this issue.

“My offer was based on Twitter’s SEC filings being accurate,” Musk explained.

The number of spam and fake accounts on Twitter prompted Musk to put his deal to purchase Twitter on hold last week.

(FreedomWire.org) – On a podcast Monday, Elon gave his opinion on who he believes is the “real president.”

“The real president is whoever controls the teleprompter,” he said. “The path to power is the path to the teleprompter.”

“I do feel like if somebody were to accidentally lean on the teleprompter, it’s going to be like Anchorman,” he said, which is a reference to the 2004 film in which Ron Burgundy, played by actor Will Ferrell, reads anything that is written on the teleprompter.

Musk said that in the past he has voted “overwhelmingly for Democrats,” but with recent comments, he does not seem to be a fan of the current administration.

“This administration doesn’t seem to get a lot done,” he said. “The Trump administration, leaving Trump aside, there were a lot of people in the administration who were effective at getting things done.”

He said he believes that the Democratic Party is “overly controlled by the unions and by the trial lawyers, particularly the class action lawyers.” He said that when Democrats go against “the interests of the people,” it is because of unions and trial lawyers, and when Republicans do it, “it’s because of corporate evil and religious zealotry.”

“In the case of Biden, he is simply too much captured by the unions, which was not the case with Obama,” he said.

He also talked about comments made by Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos who said that when President Biden talked about corporations paying their “fair share” in taxes to combat inflation it was a “misdirection”

“I mean, the obvious reason for inflation is that the government printed a zillion amount of more money than it had, obviously,” he said, which is the same argument Republicans have made.

“So it’s like the government can’t just, you know, issue checks far in excess of revenue without there being inflation, you know, velocity of money held constant,” he said. “If the federal government writes checks, they never bounce. So that is effectively creation of more dollars. And if there are more dollars created, then the increase in the goods and services across the economy, then you have inflation, again, velocity of money held constant.”

“If the government could just issue massive amounts of money and deficits didn’t matter, then, well, why don’t we just make the deficit 100 times bigger? The answer is, you can’t because it will basically turn the dollar into something that is worthless,” he argued.

“Various countries have tried this experiment multiple times,” he said. “Have you seen Venezuela? Like the poor, poor people of Venezuela are, you know, have been just run roughshod by their government.”

(FreedomWire.org) – Tesla founder Elon Musk has challenged Russian President Vladimir Putin to a fight over Ukraine in an early morning Twitter dump that included memes about the invasion and references to Macbeth.

‘I hereby challenge Vladimir Putin to single combat,’ Musk tweeted Monday, typing Putin’s name in Russian. ‘Stakes are Ukraine,’ he added, writing the country’s name in Ukrainian.

Musk, 50, capped off his challenge with a direct reference to the Kremlin.

The South African-born billionaire, who has been known for making outlandish comments on twitter in the past, may be biting off more than he can handle in challenging the former head of the KGB.

The Russian president is a judo blackbelt and even co-authored a book about the sport, titled ‘Judo: History, Theory, Practice’.

Putin, 69, was made honorary president of the International Judo Federation in 2008, but has been suspended from the role over his war on Ukraine.

Musk’s bizarre challenge was part of a flurry of tweets he sent out over the course of three hours, including the oft-quoted Shakespeare line from Macbeth: ‘By the pricking of my thumbs, something wicked this way comes.’

Musk has tried to be a thorn in Putin’s side since the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine, even providing internet service to the war-torn country through his Starlink satellite service at the request of Ukrainian officials.

Musk, worth a reported $218.9 billion, mocked Russian officials earlier this month after the head of its space program brushed off US sanctions on Moscow for launching all-out war on Ukraine.

‘In a situation like this we can’t supply the United States with our world’s best rocket engines. Let them fly on something else, their broomsticks, I don’t know what,’ Dmitry Rogozin, the head of Russia’s space agency, said on state Russian television on March 3.

That same day, Musk tweeted a link to a successful SpaceX launch followed by the words, ‘American Broomstick,’ along with American flag emojis.

Late last month, the tech titan answered a plea from the vice prime minister of Ukraine, who asked the tycoon to help the embattled nation with satellite internet access.

‘@elonmusk, while you try to colonize Mars — Russia try to occupy Ukraine! While your rockets successfully land from space — Russian rockets attack Ukrainian civil people! We ask you to provide Ukraine with Starlink stations and to address sane Russians to stand,’ the vice PM Mykhailo Fedorov wrote in a tweet.

Russian bomb strikes have knocked out  internet connection for much of the country.

Officials there are keen that locals remain connected so their stories can be used to combat Russian propaganda – and so that they can share atrocities being carried out by Russian troops on behalf of Putin.

That same day, Musk answered the call and said that he would be sending Starlink receivers to the country.

‘Starlink service is now active in Ukraine. More terminals en route,’ Musk tweeted hours after the extraordinary request.

Starlink is a space-based system that SpaceX has been building for years to bring internet access to underserved areas of the world.
