Hunter Finally Admits Laptop Is His…

(FreedomWire.org) – On Wednesday, Hunter Biden accidentally admitted that the contents on his laptop was real when he said the laptop data was “stolen” from him.

After the admission and amid vows from the Republican House majority to investigate Hunter Biden’s shady business deals, lawyers for the scandalous first son have launched an attack on Rudy Giuliani, Steve Bannon, and John Mac Isaac, owner of the computer repair shop that was the recipient of the notorious “laptop from hell,” for accessing and disseminating Hunter’s personal data.

Additionally, a separate letter from lawyer Bryan M. Sullivan was sent to Tucker Carlson and Fox News that threatened them with a defamation lawsuit, The Washington Post reports.

The approach, now more than two years after the New York Post’s original reporting, is being described as “the boldest and most aggressive move to date from Biden” on the issue.

Hunter’s attorney, Abbe Lowell claimed in his scathing letters that “about a half-dozen people have violated various statutes, including by making public restricted private information; accessing and disseminating stolen property; and making false statements to Congress,” according to The Post.

“The actions described above more than merit a full investigation and, depending on the resulting facts, may merit prosecution under various statutes,” Lowell wrote. “It is not a common thing for a private person and his counsel to seek someone else being investigated, but the actions and motives here require it.”

The letters blasted Mac Isaac for alleged inconsistencies in the accounts of his role in the laptop saga and called for investigations into Giuliani for receiving the material and then distributing it; Giuliani’s lawyer, Robert Costello, who was also given the laptop’s contents; and Steve Bannon, who helped to spark the initial stories after he received the material.

“Hunter Biden’s attorneys also name Jack Maxey, who provided the material to several news outlets, including The Washington Post, as well as Ziegler, who has uploaded data onto his website, and Yaacov Apelbaum, a former aide to Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.) who Mac Isaac has said helped create a ‘forensic image’ of the hard drive,” The Post reports.

“This marks a new approach by Hunter Biden and his team,” one anonymous source told the outlet. “He is not going to sit quietly by as questionable characters continue to violate his rights and media organizations peddling in lies try to defame him.”

While it is admittedly a new approach, it is one that is difficult to take seriously given all we now know of the laptop’s contents and the lengths Democrats and government agencies went to cover the story up.

Musk said: “This is necessary to restore public trust.” He continued: “The more I learn, the worse it gets. The world should know the truth of what has been happening at Twitter.

“Transparency will earn the trust of the people.

“It is objectively the case that “conservative” political candidates were more negatively affected than “progressive” candidates.

“Anyone using Twitter knows this. Question is simply one of magnitude.

We actually have voice mails from off of these computers… We know the FBI had Hunter Biden’s computer in December 2019. What have they been doing with it?… Our FBI, our Justice Department hasn’t really done squat.”

Hunter Brags About His Political Power…

“He’ll talk about anything that I want him to, that he believes in,” Biden said in reference to his father, Joe Biden, in the Dec. 3, 2018, recording. “If I say it’s important to me, then he will work a way in which to make it a part of his platform. My dad respects me more than he respects anyone in the world, and I know that to be certain, so it’s not going to be about whether it affects his politics.”

Hunter’s admission adds another layer of concern about the national security issues surrounding the Biden presidency.

Hunter Biden has been under immense scrutiny since the 2020 election campaign for his cashing in on his father’s name in multiple international deals. He has been under federal investigation since at least the Obama administration, and has been the subject of a widening tax probe since 2018.

One authenticated recording of Hunter Biden uncovered by the National Pulse revealed the president’s son acknowledging that one of his business partners was the “f***ing spy chief of China.”

Hunter Biden’s business ties to his father Joe Biden’s administrations have been shown to be extensive. Hunter’s ‘shady’ associates were found to have visited the White House on numerous occasions. Hunter Biden’s longtime business associate Eric Schwerin, the president of now-dissolved investment fund Rosemont Seneca Partners, was found to have visited the White House at least 27 times during the Obama-Biden administration.

Such disturbing revelations have led Congressmen like Rep. James Comer (R-KY) to deem Hunter Biden a “national security threat,” adding to the growing chorus of those calling for a Special Counsel to investigation the Biden family for being compromised by foreign interests.

Then-President-elect Joe Biden went on Stephen Colbert’s Late Show in December 2020 to defend Hunter Biden.

“We have great confidence in our son. I am not concerned about any accusations made against him. It’s used to get to me. I think it’s kind of foul play,” Joe Biden said of his son. “But look, it is what it is, and he’s a grown man. He is the smartest man I know — I mean from a pure intellectual capacity. And as long as he’s good, we’re good.”

Hunter’s Laptop Confirmed Authentic…

(FreedomWire.org) – It was recently reported that a copy of Hunter Biden’s hard drive obtained by the Washington Examiner is indisputably authentic, and there is no evidence of any hacking or file manipulation, according to an examination conducted by a former Secret Service agent who has testified as a cyberforensics expert in over 100 classified, criminal, and civil matters at the state, federal, and international levels.

The Washington Examiner commissioned Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos to conduct a full forensic examination to determine the drive’s authenticity and whether there were any signs of tampering. Using a technique he developed called “digital sandwiching,” Dimitrelos cross-referenced thousands of emails, documents, business records, text messages, Apple Notes, photos, geolocation data, travel records, and other information on the drive to conclude that Biden is the only person capable of producing the data.

“My analysis revealed there is a 100% certainty that Robert Hunter Biden was the only person responsible for the activity on this hard drive and all of its stored data,” Dimitrelos said, noting that his forensic techniques are reproducible and are the same that he frequently uses as an expert when working on criminal and civil cases.

“Hunter Biden’s MacBook Pro was not hacked, and the data contained on the hard drive is authentic,” Dimitrelos added. “Based on the data I examined, there was no manipulation of any photographs, emails, documents, or other user activities.”

U.S. Attorney David Weiss, the federal prosecutor for Delaware since being appointed by then-President Donald Trump in 2018, is running a federal criminal investigation into the president’s son.

In February 2021, President Joe Biden asked all Senate-confirmed U.S. attorneys appointed by Trump to resign, with Weiss in Delaware as the only exception. John Durham was asked to step down as the U.S. attorney for Connecticut but was kept on as special counsel investigating the false Trump-Russia collusion narrative.

Hunter Biden revealed he was under federal investigation for his taxes shortly after the 2020 election and is reportedly being scrutinized for possible money laundering and foreign lobbying violations under the Foreign Agents Registration Act.

Dimitrelos’s new forensic examination goes far beyond prior efforts to authenticate the drive, such as the one commissioned by the Washington Post, which relied mainly on email verification using a technology called DomainKeys Identified Mail, or DKIM.

“DKIM verification is only a portion of authenticating email integrity,” Dimitrelos said. “There were hundreds of unique identifiers showing Robert Hunter Biden is the only user of the laptop. There were also thousands of iPhone photographs and videos taken by RHB including personal ones, RHB identification cards, travel documents, credit cards, business and financial transactions.”

Hunter Biden took dozens of photos of his personal identification cards, including driver’s licenses, credit cards, his birth certificate, social security card, and his Global Entry card, and stored them on his computer. Metadata tied to the photos show they were taken by the same model iPhones that Hunter Biden had linked to his iCloud account, and emails on the drive contain receipts from Apple showing Hunter Biden paid for that same iCloud account on a monthly basis.

Main-Stream Media Hit With Lawsuit…

(FreedomWire.org) – The Delaware computer repair store worker in the Hunter Biden laptop case, has filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against Rep. Adam Schiff, CNN, the Daily Beast, and Politico. He claims they falsely accused him of promoting Russian disinformation.

Mac shop owner John Paul Mac Isaac is seeking to clear his name after 18 months of defamation by mainstream media.

“After fighting to reveal the truth, all I want now is for the rest of the country to know that there was a collective and orchestrated effort by social and mainstream media to block a real story with real consequences for the nation,” Mac Isaac said in a statement to the New York Post.

“This was collusion led by 51 former pillars in the intelligence community and backed by words and actions of a politically motivated DOJ and FBI,” he continued. “I want this lawsuit to reveal that collusion and more importantly, who gave the marching orders.”

Hunter reportedly dropped off the laptop in April 2019 and never returned to pick it up. Mac Isaac shared a copy of the computer’s data with the FBI in December 2019.

In 2020, a copy of the data was obtained by Rudy Giuliani, who at the time served as a lawyer for then-President Donald Trump. Giuliani reportedly shared a copy of the information with the Post ahead of the 2020 presidential election.

Mac Isaac became a target of the Left as social media censored stories regarding the Hunter Biden scandal ahead of the election. His store later closed, with the whistleblower claiming that he received hateful messages and death threats.

In March, The Washington Post confirmed the authenticity of the laptop and its contents.

“Thousands of emails purportedly from the laptop computer of Hunter Biden, President Biden’s son, are authentic communications that can be verified through cryptographic signatures from Google and other technology companies, say two security experts who examined the data at the request of The Washington Post,” the outlet reported in a story more than a year after the data’s initial release.

The emails spanned a period from 2009 to 2019 that also included the eight years Joe Biden served as vice president under President Barack Obama.

These messages included business dealings between Hunter Biden and a Chinese energy firm from which he garnered nearly $5 million. The nature of the business communications has led many to push for further investigation into a potential conflict of interest.

The White House visitor logs revealed a number of visits from Eric Schwerin, Hunter’s closest business partner. These visits to the White House were between 2009 and 2015. In at least one visit, the business partner apparently even scored a meeting with “the big guy” himself, a reference to Joe Biden.

Biden Caught Lying…

(FreedomWire.org) – President Biden has said repeatedly, insistently, that he has had no knowledge of Hunter’s business dealings, and was not at all involved in them.

However, just before the 2020 presidential election, then-candidate Joe Biden agreed to cover over $800,000 of his son Hunter Biden’s bills, including legal bills that were associated with his shady overseas business deals. This per an email that came to light on Tuesday.

The email elucidating the details of the plan to pay for Hunter’s legal fees was from January 17, 2019, and it was from Hunter’s personal assistant at the time, Katie Dodge, and went to Linda Shapero, an accountant, according to the New York Post. The email went to Hunter’s uncle Robert Biden, as well.

The email said “I spoke with Hunter today regarding his bills. It is my understanding that Hunt’s dad will cover these bills in the short-term as Hunter transitions in his career. I have a list of the current bills of which I am aware. I have attached the list below. I am sure we will need to go over all of this to make a smooth transition. Many I can log into and change bank accounts or I can give you the logins. At any rate, I wanted to get the ball rolling,” Dodge wrote.

 Reports shows over $130,000 in legal fees to the firm Faegre Baker Daniels. $28,382 of that sum was allocated to BHR Restructuring, which likely stands for Bohai Harvest RST. This is a company in which Hunter held a 10 percent share through a side company. Additional fees were allocated for work done on other companies in which Hunter was involved.

Now People are questioning, Biden pays $800,000 for Hunter’s legal bill. BUT, he has never discussed his business with him?

Psaki Dodges Questions…

(FreedomWire.org) – White House press secretary Jen Psaki dodged a question Monday about Hunter Biden’s business associate Eric Schwerin’s 19 visits to the White House complex and vice president’s residence while Joe Biden was vice president.

“On Hunter Biden, looking at White House visitor logs, that there were 19 visits to the White House while the president was vice president by Hunter Biden’s business partner, including one with the vice president,” PBS reporter Lisa Desjardins said at Psaki’s regular briefing.

“Can you help us understand why that business partner had access and what those meetings were about?”

Psaki replied, “I don’t have any information on that. I’m happy to check and see if we have any more comment.”

Those visits during the Obama administration cast further doubt on Biden’s claim that he was uninvolved with his son’s business activities, which are under investigation by the US attorney’s office in Delaware.

Moments earlier on the White House lawn, Biden continued walking and did not verbally respond when a reporter for The Post asked him why he met with his son’s business associates.

Schwerin’s White House visits included a Nov. 17, 2010, meeting in the West Wing with Biden himself. There were eight other meetings between Schwerin and aides to Joe and Jill Biden from 2009 to 2013.

Often a guest at the White House complex is merely recorded as visiting a specific person, when in fact they may speak with many others during their time at the executive complex, meaning Joe Biden may have met with Schwerin on more than one ocassion.

The reply was Psaki’s lastest brush-off of inquiries about the first son’s business dealings.

The first son is under investigation for possible tax fraud, money laundering and foreign lobbying crimes and documents indicate that Joe Biden was linked to many of the enterprises under review.

Emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop indicate Schwerin — who was president of Hunter’s firm Rosemont Seneca Partners — had access to Joe Biden’s personal finances, including that he was involved in the elder Biden’s taxes and discussed the vice president’s financial future with him.

Psaki said this month that President Biden is sticking to his 2019 claim that he had “never spoken” with Hunter Biden about “his overseas business dealings.”

Biden Can’t Hide His Involvement Anymore…

(FreedomWire.org) – The New York Post’s Miranda Devine and Jon Levine are out with another doozie looking at how often the now-first son’s closest business partner was lurking around the White House while Biden was VP during the Obama administration. 

The Post’s look at White House visitor logs between 2009 and 2015 found that Eric Schwerin, “Hunter Biden’s closest business partner made at least 19 visits to the White House and other official locations between 2009 and 2015, including a sitdown with then-Vice President Joe Biden in the West Wing” when Schwerin was “president of the since-dissolved investment fund Rosemont Seneca Partners.”

This fact, of course, makes President Biden’s claims that he was unaware of Hunter Biden’s business dealings increasingly dubious. 

Other meetings between Schwerin found in the White House logs reported by The Post include:

  • Meeting with Jill Biden special assistant Meg Campbell (2/13/2010)

  • Meeting with Joe Biden assistant Kathy Chung (5/20/2013)

As The Post’s report explains, Hunter Biden’s business buddy “met with various close aides of both Joe and Jill Biden at key moments in Hunter’s life when he was striking multi-million dollar deals in foreign countries, including China.” And, as Devine and Levine point out from their work pouring over and reporting on the contents of Hunter Biden’s laptop, emails from that device show that Schwerin “was involved in Joe Biden’s personal taxes and discussed the vice president’s financial future with him.”

What’s more, then-Vice President Biden hired a Rosemont Seneca Partners employee to be a personal assistant, someone The Post previously reported “stayed in close contact with her former bosses, keeping them apprised of visiting dignitaries and official events they might have interest in.”

And Joe Biden now expects Americans to believe he was unaware of Hunter’s business deals — even while Schwerin worked on Joe Biden’s taxes and planned for his financial future and Hunter’s former employee was working for VP Biden while feeding intel back to Rosemont Seneca?

Adding to the murkiness of the relationship between Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Schwerin inside and outside of the White House is the fact that the Wikipedia entry for Rosemont Seneca Partners was conveniently deleted on Wednesday. Reasoning that the investment firm was “not notable,” Wikipedia joined in the memory-holing of the business’ existence and an editor quoted by The Post “warned that ‘keeping it around’ ran the risk of the page becoming ‘a magnet for conspiracy theories about Hunter Biden.'”

The reasoning is as tone-deaf as it is biased toward protecting the Biden family. The New York Post’s reporting on Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell was deemed a conspiracy theory, banned from Twitter, and labeled “disinformation” by supposedly serious Democrat national security leaders…until after Joe Biden was declared the winner in 2020.

Biden Is In Denial…

(FreedomWire.org) – President Biden’s chief of staff Ron Klain said on Sunday that Biden doesn’t believe his son, Hunter Biden, broke any laws after his past business dealings have come under renewed scrutiny.

The Washington Post last week published an investigation into Hunter Biden’s financial ties to China, while former President Trump called on Russian President Vladimir Putin to release dirt on the president’s son.

The Justice Department is reportedly continuing to look into potential illegal lobbying allegations against a consulting firm tied to Ukrainian energy company Burisma, on whose board Hunter Biden once sat.

During an appearance on ABC’s “This Week,” Klain told moderator George Stephanopoulos that Biden is confident that his son did not break any federal laws, adding that the administration hasn’t reached out to the DOJ on its investigation. 

“Of course the president’s confident that his son didn’t break the law,” Klain told Stephanopoulos. “But, most importantly, as I said, that’s a matter that’s going to be decided by the Justice Department, by the legal process. It’s something that no one at the White House has involvement in.” 

Stephanopoulos noted the Washington Post report highlighting Hunter Biden’s business relationship with a Chinese-based energy company.

“Is the president confident his family didn’t cross any ethical lines?” Stephanopoulos asked Klain.

“George, the president is confident that his family did the right thing. But, again, I want to just be really clear, these are actions by Hunter and his brother. They’re private matters,” Klain said.

“They don’t involve the president. And they certainly are something that no one at the White House is involved in.”

A top legal analyst at CNN earlier this week said that it is possible Hunter Biden could be indicted over his foreign business dealings. 

“This is a very real, very substantial investigation of potentially serious federal crimes,” Elie Honig said Wednesday morning on the network.
