(FreedomWire.org) – Bill O’Reilly predicted the Biden Justice Department’s appointment of Special Counsel Jack Smith to investigate Donald Trump will backfire on the Democrats.

O’Reilly said, “In order for Jack Smith to investigate what Trump did or did not do on Jan. 6, he has to get into the FBI and what the FBI did or did not do. He has to. He can’t bury it.”

Bill said the New York Times reported that Noting that “there were at least eight FBI agents embedded in the most virulent protesters that day. They were there. The FBI was there. Well, what the deuce were they doing?”

That issue came up in the House recently during a committee hearing when FBI Director Christopher Wray was questioned.

“Did the FBI have confidential human sources embedded within the January 6 protests on January 6, 2021?” Rep. Clay Higgins (R-La.) asked Wray.

Wray said: “As I’m sure you can appreciate, I have to be very careful about what I can say about when and where we do and do not use confidential human sources…

“But to the extent there is the suggestion that the FBI’s confidential human sources or FBI employees in some way instigated or orchestrated Jan 6th, that’s categorically false.”

Higgins said, “Did you have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters inside the Capitol on January 6, prior to the doors being opened?”

“Again, I have to be very careful,” Wray said.

“It should be a no!” Higgins said.

“Can you not tell the American people, ‘No, we did not have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters positioned inside the Capitol on January 6.’?”

“You should not read anything into my decision not to share information on confidential human sources,” Wray said.

“The question,” O’Reilly said, “was simple:

Did any FBI agents dress up like Trump supporters and go into that Capitol?

“And Wray would not answer the question. Now, that should raise flags everywhere.

“I don’t think Garland even considered that when he was mocking up the special counsel.

“I don’t think he even considered it.

“But if it’s proven to be true, and I’m not a conspiracy guy, I don’t believe the FBI instigated anything — but if the FBI knew what was gonna happen and didn’t report it to the White House and to the Justice Department, all hell’s gonna break loose in this country.”

(FreedomWire.org) – George Soros came clean and defended funding the “reform prosecutors” who are destroying our cities by letting violent criminals roam free.

He said, “I have no intention of stopping.” George wrote: “Like most of us, I’m concerned about crime. One of government’s most important roles is to ensure public safety.”

He went on to say, “I have been involved in efforts to reform the criminal-justice system for the more than 30 years I have been a philanthropist. Yet our system is rife with injustices that make us all less safe. The idea that we need to choose between justice and safety is false. They reinforce each other. If people trust the justice system, it will work. And if the system works, public safety will improve. In recent years, reform-minded prosecutors and other law-enforcement officials around the country have been coalescing around an agenda that promises to be more effective and just. This agenda includes prioritizing the resources of the criminal-justice system to protect people against violent crime. It urges that we treat drug addiction as a disease, not a crime. And it seeks to end the criminalization of poverty and mental illness. This agenda, aiming at both safety and justice, is based on both common sense and evidence. It’s popular. It’s effective. The goal is not defunding the police but restoring trust between the police and the policed, a partnership that fosters the solving of crimes. Some politicians and pundits have tried to blame recent spikes in crime on the policies of reform-minded prosecutors. The research I’ve seen says otherwise. The most rigorous academic study, analyzing data across 35 jurisdictions, shows no connection between the election of reform-minded prosecutors and local crime rates. In fact, violent crime in recent years has generally been increasing more quickly in jurisdictions without reform-minded prosecutors.”

Soros has donated $40 million through his Open Society Foundation to political action committees over the past 10 years to help elect district attorneys to promote more equitable justice to minority suspects, who Soros says are not receiving fair treatment in the criminal justice system.

So far, the voters of at least one city have disagreed with Soros. San Francisco voted in June to recall District Attorney Chesa Boudin, and Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon is facing a recall election as well.

Boudin received money from a Soros PAC, and was voted out over “quality of life” crimes such as public urination and camping on the streets.

Gascon received $4.7 million from a Soros-funded PAC, and has seen a 46% rise in homicides during his first year in office.
