(FreedomWire.org) – Former FBI official James Baker’s testimony on Thursday destroyed former Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann. The charge against Sussmann is that he lied to the FBI, specifically Baker, telling him that he wasn’t acting on behalf of any client. He asked for a meeting with Baker and that is when Sussman told Baker about the false Alfa Bank allegations, supposedly showing a back channel between the Trump organization and Russia.

Baker testified that he was “100 percent confident” that Sussmann denied working “on behalf of any particular client” to him.

“I think it was pretty close to the beginning of the meeting. Part of his introduction to the meeting,” former FBI general counsel James Baker told jurors in Washington, DC, federal court.

According to his indictment, the cybersecurity lawyer was allegedly acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign and Rodney Joffe, a tech executive and client who told him about computer data that purportedly revealed a secret back channel between a Trump Organization server and Russia’s Alfa Bank.

“He said that he was not appearing before me on behalf of any particular client,” Baker recalled.

The prosecution also entered a text from Sussmann himself, which backed up Baker’s testimony, because in it, Sussmann explicitly claimed he was coming to talk to Baker not on behalf of any client.

Baker treated Sussmann as a confidential source and didn’t even tell FBI agent Scott Hellman where he got the thumb drives of information from that he got from Sussmann. “I do remember I was frustrated at not being able to ID who had provided these thumb drives to Mr. Baker. He was not willing to tell me,” Hellman said.

Hellman said it was obvious to him that the the information wasn’t valid.

“I felt that whoever had written that paper had jumped to some conclusions that were not supported by the technical data,” he said.

“I did not feel they were objective in the conclusions they came to. The assumption is so far-reaching it just didn’t make any sense.”

Hellman speculated that whoever authored the report simply searched for “Trump” on a dataset of email servers to make the since-debunked connection.

Baker said Sussmann told him a reporter was working on a story about the information, which Baker said made it more urgent to investigate the information because if a story came out, the information might then be buried or done away with before he could determine whether or not it was valid.

Baker told Bill Preistap, the assistant director of the FBI’s Counterintelligence Division, immediately about the information, and that Sussmann said he was not working on behalf of any client, something Priestap also recorded in his notes, “Said not doing this for any client.”

Baker also told Director James Comey, Deputy Director Andrew McCabe and then-FBI later Trisha Anderson. Anderson also noted in her notes that were entered into evidence, “No specific client.”

However, during Marc Elias’ testimony, a variety of records showed that Sussmann was working for and billing time spent, including the conversation with Baker, to the Clinton campaign.

It was pretty obvious from the testimony from Baker, that Sussmann did indeed lie.

With Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell’s arrests, many expected damning evidence of Bill Clinton to surface. He has been on Epstein’s private plane. He’s visited “pedo island.” And of course, there were already rumors of blackmail tapes Epstein made. What happened? According to a CBS producer, they remain hidden.

Following his arrest, Epstein died in prison under suspicious circumstances. One can only guess at what really happened as evidence was either covered up or there were unbelievable levels of incompetence everywhere. But Maxwell? She apparently played ball.

In 2016, Maxwell was tricked by CBS producer Ira Rosen into admitting that Epstein did indeed make tapes of his high-profile friends, including the Clintons. “I want the tapes. I know he [Epstein] was videotaping everyone and I want the tapes of Trump with the girls,’ Rosen said at the time, according to his new book, Ticking Clock: Behind the Scenes at 60 Minutes. Two of Epstein’s victims confirmed seeing banks of CCTV monitors in a room in Epstein’s New York mansion. Maxwell said she doesn’t know where they are, but told him to “ask Epstein” and that the “fate of the country is at stake.”

“Trump could be elected president and how would you feel if those tapes emerged after he was in office?” Rosen asked Maxwell. What happened next was insane. Maxwell said that she didn’t want to help find the Trump tapes because she would also have to help find the damning tapes featuring Bill Clinton:

‘She gave me a stern look and pointed a finger in my face. She said: “I am the daughter of a press baron. I know the way you people think. If you do one side, you must do the other. If you get the tapes on Trump you have to do Clinton”.’

Rosen replied: ‘I will. I will go wherever the story goes.’

According to Maxwell, however, Epstein, allegedly never told her of the whereabouts of the tapes, Rosen writes.

‘Maxwell didn’t want Trump elected, but said that Hillary Clinton was comfortably ahead and there was no need for the story to come out.

‘Besides, she said, Epstein never shared with her the location of the tapes.’

Bill Clinton, according to flight logs, traveled on Epstein’s “Lolita Express” at least 26 times, and he has been photographed receiving a massage from one of Epstein’s young victims while on the private jet.

Other reports confirm that Clinton has visited Epstein’s private island, but the former President denies this. Maxwell still awaits trial for her role in Epstein’s sick empire. Perhaps now that the 2016 election is over, Hillary lost, and Joe Biden is President, Maxwell can be persuaded to reveal the location of the recordings. It’s highly doubtful, after all, that she truly doesn’t know where Epstein kept them.

Hillary Clinton has decided to chime in on the second sham impeachment of President Donald Trump, a private citizen who has been out of office for almost a month. Sure, impeachments are typically used to remove a President if they do something illegal — like Bill Clinton when he was caught perjuring himself — but Democrats are so fixated on the President that they want to “remove” him from office even after he is no longer in office. Bill Clinton’s wife says that if Democrats’ attempt to railroad President Trump fails, it will be for one reason: because Trump’s “co-conspirators” are on the jury.

“If Senate Republicans fail to convict Donald Trump, it won’t be because the facts were with him or his lawyers mounted a competent defense,” Clinton tweeted on Wednesday. “It will be because the jury includes his co-conspirators.”

Clinton spent President Trump’s entire presidency whining about how he beat her and coming up with every excuse why she lost. Russia collusion. Hacking. Whatever she could come up with. The only reason Clinton never said is the real one — that voters chose President Trump, who loves America, over a criminal traitor. And now, she is accusing Republicans of being “co-conspirators” in a crime that never happened.

Clinton’s ridiculous allegations are a setup for what happens next. When the President is inevitably found innocent of everything Democrats have invented for their latest attempt to paint President Trump as a criminal.

Currently, Democrats say President Trump inspired an insurrection — one that, again, never happened. Clinton even told House Speaker Nancy Pelosi that she wants to “see [Trump’s] phone records to see if he was talking to Putin the day the insurgents invaded our Capitol.”

Six Republicans recently joined Democrats in voting that the impeachment trial — which targets a private citizen — in constitutional. So the trial will proceed. But Democrats will need to flip 17 more Republicans to successfully convict Trump. Fortunately, this means Democrats’ latest little game will end in failure.
