( – Meet the ‘Woke’ expert on Biden’s “Disinformation Governance Board,” Nina Jankowicz.

Nina will head Biden’s new “Disinformation Governance Board” as executive director.

It’s becoming increasingly clear that the founding American principle of the right to free speech will disappear if liberals get their way. This new so-called “Ministry of Truth” will be part of The Department of Homeland Security.

Multiple outlets have exposed Jankowicz’s liberal bias and argued she’s a “woke so-called expert who’s against free speech,” according to Daily Mail.

The Biden administration announced that the purpose of the “Disinformation Governance Board” is to combat “disinformation” in the 2022 midterms. This announcement comes just days after Tesla CEO Elon Musk purchased Twitter to ensure the social platform allows for free speech.

Jankowicz openly admitted to NPR that she “shudders to think about” Musk’s Twitter takeover and more free speech on social media platforms. Musk promises to make the Twitter algorithm open source to increase trust.

On Aug. 7, 2020, Jankowicz tweeted about an appearance Steele made on the Infotagion podcast. “Listened to this last night — Chris Steele (yes THAT Chris Steele) provides some great historical context about the evolution of disinfo. Worth a listen,” she said.

Jankowicz also said in April 2020 that “the inclusion of the Steele dossier didn’t influence the conclusions of the [intelligence community assessment].”

Jankowicz also cast doubt on the Hunter Biden laptop story while falsely claiming an intelligence community report on foreign meddling referenced it. In particular, she played a key role in trying to shoot down reports by the New York Post about the contents of the laptop believed to have belonged to the younger Biden.

The Associated Press ran a story Oct. 14, 2020, reporting, “Disinformation experts say there are multiple red flags that raise doubts about their authenticity, including questions about whether the laptop actually belongs to Hunter Biden, said Nina Jankowicz.” The report quoted her as saying that “we should view it as a Trump campaign product.”

Jankowicz shared a report Oct. 22, 2020, she said was “casting yet more doubt on the provenance of the New York Post’s Hunter Biden story.” And she tweeted that day, “The emails don’t need to be altered to be part of an influence campaign. Voters deserve that context, not a [fairy] tale about a laptop repair shop.”

Jankowicz tweeted Oct. 24, 2020, about “the nuance of the alleged Biden laptop kerfuffle.”

She later tweeted March 16, 2021, that the intelligence community “has a high degree of confidence that the Kremlin used proxies to push influence narratives, including misleading or unsubstantiated claims about President Biden.” She claimed this was “a clear nod to the alleged Hunter laptop”…

Jankowicz said on NPR’s On Point on Oct. 26, 2020, “I hesitate to make a conjecture about whether a foreign adversary is even involved.”

She pointed to Rudy Giuliani and Steve Bannon’s involvement, then said, “We know, for instance, Russia has hacked documents and then put in forged documents among them — this is a tactic they’ve used for decades, in fact — or whether they were stolen by a domestic adversary. All of this is important context for voters, and right now, we don’t have any of that context.”

She also tried to cast doubt on the Iranian regime interfering in 2020 to hurt Trump’s chances of being reelected… Ratcliffe and FBI Director Christopher Wray held an Oct. 21, 2020, press conference and warned that Russia and Iran had gained access to U.S. voter registration information.

“We have already seen Iran sending spoofed emails designed to intimidate voters, incite social unrest, and damage President Trump. … These actions are desperate attempts by desperate adversaries,” Ratcliffe said.

NPR played audio by Florida voter Rebecca Connors, who received one of the alleged Iranian emails, and she rejected Ratcliffe’s conclusion. “I didn’t need this email to associate [Trump] with the Proud Boys … so I personally don’t buy that argument,” she said.

Jankowicz also rejected Ratcliffe’s conclusion.

“I think Rebecca is exactly right,” she said, adding, “These are designed to suppress voters, first of all, and they’re also designed to cause chaos and confusion and distrust in the system writ large.” Jankowicz criticized Ratcliffe, saying he was “making it look like these campaigns are seeking to target President Trump, when in reality it’s about targeting our democracy.”

“Is there anything more dystopian than a Disinformation Governance Board run by the federal government?” Florida Republican Congressional Candidate Dr. Willie J. Montague tweeted, adding in a later tweet that the board is “Orwellian.”

“They didn’t need a ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ until @elonmusk threatened their control over the narrative,” Texas Republican Congressman Troy Nehls tweeted.

“The libs spent the last weeks planting the seeds for the back-up plan in case the Twitter deal actually happened,” Republican Congresswoman Lauren Boebert tweeted. “Today’s news of a Biden backed ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ is dystopian. They can’t afford to let the truth be anything but what they say.”

“Biden’s ‘Disinformation Governance Board’ is a real-world Ministry of Truth,” Daily Wire reporter Megan Basham tweeted. “A conservative movement that doesn’t fight this with everything it has isn’t worthy of the name. Or the name American.”

( – Progressive lawmakers command Biden to lift “racist, unjust, and cruel” Title 42 policy. While others warn, if it is lifted, it could cause an even bigger surge of migrants coming through our southern border.

Representative Ayanna Pressley (D., Mass.) and other progressive lawmakers on Thursday urged President Biden to rescind the Title 42 public-health order next month as planned and to avoid caving to political pressure from Republicans and moderate Democrats.

“We reiterate our support for President Biden’s repeal of this fundamentally racist, unjust, and cruel Title 42 order,” said Pressley of the Covid-era order that has allowed border agents to immediately expel illegal border crossers.

The policy is slated for termination on May 23.

“This unconscionable, racist, and xenophobic Trump-era policy was in effect for too long,” Pressley said during a news conference outside the Capitol, according to Fox News. “It did nothing but inflict unspeakable hurt and harm on migrants, particularly Black and Brown migrants — denying millions their fundamental right to seek asylum.”

Representative Pramila Jayapal (D., Wash.), who is the leader of the House Progressive Caucus, appeared at the news conference as well, calling Title 42 a “policy failure, plain and simple.”

She called on her fellow Democrats to “not be afraid to lean into” the issue and to combat “Republican xenophobia” by embracing immigrants and fighting for a “fair and humane immigration system.”

“Shame on anyone — Republican or, frankly, Democrat — who uses or buys into the use of immigrants as a political football at the same time that they — as do all of us — benefit from the labor and the contributions of undocumented and documented immigrants,” Jayapal said.

Representative Jesus “Chuy” Garcia (D., Ill.) said he and his colleagues expect President Biden to follow through on his promise to end Title 42 next month. He added that for his “fellow Democrats who will be caving under political pressure,” it would be a “huge mistake for Democrats to shy away from dismantling this cruel plank of Trump’s anti-immigrant agenda.”

However, a federal judge in Louisiana recently temporarily blocked the Biden administration from ending Title 42. Judge Robert Summerhays of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana issued a temporary restraining order, blocking the administration from ending the policy until arguments for a more formal injunction may be considered. The judge’s order will expire on May 9.

Louisiana, Arizona, and Missouri had sued the Biden administration over its plan to end the policy next month.

Meanwhile, lawmakers have warned that the southern border will likely see a huge surge in illegal immigration when the order ends. Border Patrol agents have already encountered more than a million migrants in just the first half of the fiscal year.

The Biden administration has warned that some 18,000 migrants could turn up at the border each day after Title 42 is lifted.

( – House Speaker Nancy Pelosi got testy with her media “friends” when pressed during her weekly briefing Thursday about ongoing inflation and spiked gas prices.

Fox News reporter Chad Pergram asked Pelosi about this lunacy, asking if she really believes voters won’t blame all of this on Democrats in the fall.

Pergram asked “do you think the public is blaming Democrats or will continue to blame Democrats…”

Pelosi responded “I don’t think the public is blaming Democrats. I think they’re blaming the oil companies…”

Pergram pressed: “But they won’t take that out on your side during the midterms even if you pass this bill and prices don’t get back to…”

Pelosi continued: “Why would we say that? I don’t think what you say is making very much sense… If the Republicans stand in the way of us freeing the consumer of the stranglehold of Big Oil, you think they’re going to blame that on the Democrats?”

Pelosi then points her finger at Pergram and says “You believe that. You believe that.”

The speaker’s remarks demonstrated a stunning disconnect from reality, as multiple polls have shown that the public primarily blames President Joe Biden, and the Democrats for inflation.

“When asked about who they blame for an increase in gas prices, a plurality (39%) blame the Biden Administration, 21% blame the sanctions on Russia, and 18% blame gas and oil companies,” according to an Emerson College survey published in March.

“The latest … national telephone and online survey finds that 64% of Likely U.S. Voters believe the policies of Biden’s administration have increased inflation, while only eight percent (8%) think Biden’s policies have reduced inflation. Another 25% say the Biden administration’s policies have not made much difference in inflation,” according to a Rasmussen Reports poll released around the same time.

A more recent poll conducted this month by Public Opinion Strategies on behalf of Americans for Prosperity found that 61 percent of Americans blame the president for inflation.

The speaker’s remarks also appeared to demonstrate a lack of a coherent message, because during the same briefing Thursday, she blamed inflation on Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“We call it the Putin price hike,” she said.

She’s been touting the same message on social media.

In the briefing, Pelosi accused the oil and gas companies of price gouging for profit and not increasing production to keep the prices high, while not mentioning anything about Biden and how his administration has throttled the oil and gas industry with their green new deal agenda.

( – President Biden is coming under fire for claiming during a 2022 Teacher of the Year ceremony that it’s as though children don’t belong to their parents “when they’re in the classroom.”

“They’re all our children,” he said. “And the reason you’re the teachers of the year is because you recognize that. They’re not somebody else’s children. They’re like yours when they’re in the classroom.”

He also took shots at the increased involvement of parents in their local school districts over concerns about class material that promotes progressive sexual, gender, and racial ideologies.

“There are too many politicians trying to score political points trying to ban books, even math books. Did you ever think when you’d be teaching you’re going to be worried about book burnings and banning books all because it doesn’t fit somebody’s political agenda?” Biden said.

Former Virginia gubernatorial candidate Terry McAuliffe (D) made similar remarks about parental involvement in schools, which ended up playing a big factor in the race.

The Democratic candidate declared during a debate that he will not “let parents come into schools and actually take books out and make their own decisions” because he doesn’t believe “parents should be telling schools what they should teach.”

Republican Glenn Youngkin, now governor, immediately jumped on his then-opponent’s response, saying, “You believe school systems should tell children what to do. I believe parents should be in charge of their kids’ education.”

While most conservatives blasted the president for the remarks, some cheered on Biden’s comment given its electoral implications.

( – Some of the top Republicans in the House think they’ve found a way to strike at Biden’s disastrous border policies in an effective way: they’re going to impeach Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, Secretary of Homeland Security, for “high crimes and misdemeanors.”

In fact, they’ve already written a resolution, H. RES. 582, to get the process for that going and start the impeachment ball. The resolution, describing in some of its early text why Mayorkas needs to impeached, accuses him of not doing his duty to defend and control the border, saying:

Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, in his conduct while Secretary of Homeland Security, engaged in a pattern of conduct that is incompatible with his duties as an Officer of the United States, as follows:

Secretary Mayorkas took an oath to defend and secure our country and uphold the Constitution when he was sworn in as Secretary of Homeland Security on February 2, 2021. Article II of the U.S. Constitution tasks the Executive branch—which today includes the Secretary of Homeland Security—with ensuring the laws passed by Congress and signed into law by the President are faithfully executed.

Secretary Mayorkas has failed to faithfully uphold his oath and has instead presided over a reckless abandonment of border security and immigration enforcement, at the expense of the Constitution and the security of the United States. Secretary Mayorkas has violated, and continues to violate, this requirement by failing to maintain operational control of the border and releasing hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens into the interior of the United States.

Secretary Mayorkas has willfully refused to maintain operational control of the border as required by the Secure Fence Act of 2006. His actions have directly led to an increase in illegal aliens and illegal narcotics, including deadly fentanyl, entering the United States.

That’s putting it quite bluntly: the team who wrote it isn’t dancing around the subject but rather means business and is openly accusing him of dereliction of duty.

Axios, reporting on how strong of a measure the resolution is, notes that “Only one Cabinet official has ever been impeached, according to the House historian.” That was a corruption-related dispute that took place during the Gilded Age.

And though the letter, written by Rep. Biggs, puts things so bluntly and leaves little room for compromise, 38 Republicans have co-sponsored it, ready to do what they see as their duty and stop Mayorkas from leaving the border open to illegal immigrant invasion.

McCarthy, however, left some room for compromise when speaking at the border in a press conference, saying “if someone is derelict in their job, there is always the option of impeaching somebody. But right now, he’s got 30 days.”

And while the resolution currently only has 38 co-sponsors, it could rally a good bit of GOP support: a letter recently sent to Mayorkas garnered 133 GOP signatures and it essentially made the same dereliction of duty claim, saying:

As you’ll notice, the reps make a similar argument that Mayorkas has so far disregarded the law in leaving the border open to invasion.

So, if he doesn’t change course and respond satisfactorily in the timeline given him by McCarthy, perhaps the resolution will pick up steam and Mayorkas will be impeached.

( – President Biden has said repeatedly, insistently, that he has had no knowledge of Hunter’s business dealings, and was not at all involved in them.

However, just before the 2020 presidential election, then-candidate Joe Biden agreed to cover over $800,000 of his son Hunter Biden’s bills, including legal bills that were associated with his shady overseas business deals. This per an email that came to light on Tuesday.

The email elucidating the details of the plan to pay for Hunter’s legal fees was from January 17, 2019, and it was from Hunter’s personal assistant at the time, Katie Dodge, and went to Linda Shapero, an accountant, according to the New York Post. The email went to Hunter’s uncle Robert Biden, as well.

The email said “I spoke with Hunter today regarding his bills. It is my understanding that Hunt’s dad will cover these bills in the short-term as Hunter transitions in his career. I have a list of the current bills of which I am aware. I have attached the list below. I am sure we will need to go over all of this to make a smooth transition. Many I can log into and change bank accounts or I can give you the logins. At any rate, I wanted to get the ball rolling,” Dodge wrote.

Reports shows over $130,000 in legal fees to the firm Faegre Baker Daniels. $28,382 of that sum was allocated to BHR Restructuring, which likely stands for Bohai Harvest RST. This is a company in which Hunter held a 10 percent share through a side company. Additional fees were allocated for work done on other companies in which Hunter was involved.

Now People are questioning, Biden pays $800,000 for Hunter’s legal bill. BUT, he has never discussed his business with him?

( – As the mass exodus of citizens and businesses fleeing Blue areas continues, Red states across the nation are bracing for a massive influx of new people who are seeking to escape the leftist policies that democrats have used to make big cities across the United States practically unlivable. Thanks to the jaw-dropping spike in crime and authoritarian public health measures, among other arbitrary nonsense and ‘big government’ interference, millions have fled leftist-controlled areas in favor of the freer, red areas.

And the mass migration is only intensifying. Californians above all others, however, are packing their bags en masse and fleeing the state for redder pastures.

Two of the most popular destinations for these ex-Californians are the conservative strongholds of Florida and Texas. The two states have each seen hundreds of thousands of newcomers over the past year and a half, which has some people in those states rightfully concerned about what follows – including Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

After all, everything that leftists get involved with turns to crap, as has been proven repeatedly.

At an event on Monday, DeSantis blasted California cities, like San Francisco, for being complete “dumpster fires” and pointed to cities like Austin, Texas, which has become increasingly blue, as an example of what happens when Californians invade and import their destructive liberal policies.

DeSantis said, “There is cause for concern. Texas would have all these companies moved from California over the years. So you’d have companies move from San Francisco to Austin, and they’d bring hundreds of employees with them. And those employees would vote the exact same way they voted that turned San Francisco into the dumpster fire that it is.”

According to DeSantis, Democrats – especially California Democrats –  haven’t proved that they are able to connect the dots between the leftist policies they vote for and the destruction that is left in their wake once they are implemented. Even though Californians are fleeing the hollowed-out shell that was formerly known as the Golden State, where liberals have gotten their way for decades – and they are choosing to relocate into a Red area – a large number of them will continue bending the knee at the altar of wokeism.

“It’s like the leftism, they will not draw the connection between their leftist ideology and the destruction that’s all around them,” DeSantis said. “It is a problem because I do think there’s a class of voters who would come to Florida, and they would continue to vote the same way.”

( – White House press secretary Jen Psaki dodged a question Monday about Hunter Biden’s business associate Eric Schwerin’s 19 visits to the White House complex and vice president’s residence while Joe Biden was vice president.

“On Hunter Biden, looking at White House visitor logs, that there were 19 visits to the White House while the president was vice president by Hunter Biden’s business partner, including one with the vice president,” PBS reporter Lisa Desjardins said at Psaki’s regular briefing.

“Can you help us understand why that business partner had access and what those meetings were about?”

Psaki replied, “I don’t have any information on that. I’m happy to check and see if we have any more comment.”

Those visits during the Obama administration cast further doubt on Biden’s claim that he was uninvolved with his son’s business activities, which are under investigation by the US attorney’s office in Delaware.

Moments earlier on the White House lawn, Biden continued walking and did not verbally respond when a reporter for The Post asked him why he met with his son’s business associates.

Schwerin’s White House visits included a Nov. 17, 2010, meeting in the West Wing with Biden himself. There were eight other meetings between Schwerin and aides to Joe and Jill Biden from 2009 to 2013.

Often a guest at the White House complex is merely recorded as visiting a specific person, when in fact they may speak with many others during their time at the executive complex, meaning Joe Biden may have met with Schwerin on more than one ocassion.

The reply was Psaki’s lastest brush-off of inquiries about the first son’s business dealings.

The first son is under investigation for possible tax fraud, money laundering and foreign lobbying crimes and documents indicate that Joe Biden was linked to many of the enterprises under review.

Emails from Hunter Biden’s laptop indicate Schwerin — who was president of Hunter’s firm Rosemont Seneca Partners — had access to Joe Biden’s personal finances, including that he was involved in the elder Biden’s taxes and discussed the vice president’s financial future with him.

Psaki said this month that President Biden is sticking to his 2019 claim that he had “never spoken” with Hunter Biden about “his overseas business dealings.”

( – Weeks ago, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that on May 23 the Biden administration would end Title 42. The authority was first issued by Trump in 2020 and has allowed federal immigration officials to quickly return illegal aliens to their native countries after having crossed the southern border.

Soon after the announcement, Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry, and Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt filed a lawsuit arguing that ending Title 42 will place an undue burden on their states and that the administration violated the Administrative Procedure Act (APA) in doing so.

On Monday, Judge Robert R. Summerhays granted a temporary restraining order that is likely to prevent Biden from ending Title 42 while the case makes its way through federal court.

“Today, the court announced its intention to grant a temporary restraining order in Missouri, Louisiana, and Arizona’s lawsuit against the Biden administration over their planned suspension of Title 42,” Schmitt said in a statement.

“This temporary restraining order is expected to keep Title 42 in place until further court proceedings, a critical win for border security and the rule of law,” he continued.

Landry celebrated the decision, writing on Twitter that “Biden’s reckless decision to rescind Title 42 would have flooded our already stressed southern border with illegal immigrants.”

“Fortunately, today a judge has granted our request to halt this enormous threat to our national security,” Landry said. “We will continue to ensure that citizenship means something and that those in this country illegally are not conferred greater rights than our citizens.”

Dan Stein with the Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) said he applauded the decision, saying in a statement that the White House “should view Judge Summerhays’” decision  “as a reprieve from an even bigger self-inflicted national health and security crisis,” and use the move to fully reinstate Title 42.

Without Title 42, Biden officials admit that up to half a million border crossers and illegal aliens — the equivalent of the resident population of Atlanta, Georgia — could arrive at the border every month.

Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ) said that he would expect 30,000 border crossers and illegal aliens every day at the border without Title 42. In Tijuana, Mexico, alone, up to 6,000 foreign nationals are waiting to rush the border when Title 42 is ended.

The Biden administration’s plan for ending Title 42, details “broadscale release mechanisms” that transform the border into a mere checkpoint for foreign nationals arriving every day.

Under the plan, Biden seeks to cut deportations for border crossers and illegal aliens, instead shifting to mechanisms like parole, Notices to Appear (NTAs), and an Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program — all of which ensure the mass release of foreign nationals into the U.S. interior.

The case is Arizona v. Center for Disease Control and Prevention, 6:22-cv-885 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana.

( -Democrat special interest group have a lawsuit filed against Georgia Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and that an Obama-nominated judge (and sister to leftist “journalist” Nina Totenberg) has allowed to proceed.

The lawsuit against Greene claims that what happened on January 6 was an “insurrection” that triggers the “Disqualification Clause” in the 14th Amendment, a clause that Congress nullified via the 1878 Amnesty Act.

Considering that the left constantly characterizes Greene as a nutcase, a reasonable person might ask why Democrats need a lawsuit.  The answer lies in a Twitter thread Greene posted last week.
